The strength of our growing sangha depends profoundly on our dedicated team of service volunteers. These are the people who organise retreats, cook, lead Sangha Support groups, fix our tech problems, answer your emails… The community, quite simply, would not function without them. As such, I am deeply committed to building a harmonious, supportive, and resilient culture of Dhamma service.
