Online instruction

Online instruction

Whether you are new to meditation or are already an advanced practitioner, me and my team are happy to meet with you to discuss your practice. Our aim is always to understand your personal practice as fully as possible, and then to work with you in a way that is tailored to your specific needs.

Due to very high demand, one on one appointments with me are now announced monthly in my newsletter. Alongside this, I offer monthly open access groups, and a range of groups for dedicated students. One on one personalised instruction is also offered to all students who join my retreats. If you are interested in joining a retreat, take a look at my upcoming retreats and events.

Me and my team offer all of our work on a donation basis. I welcome you to take a look at why I do things in this way and find out more about some ways in which you can support my work.

Speak with me

A limited number of one on one appointments with me are available each month through my newsletter.

New students

If you are new to my work, I invite you to first meet with one of my team of teaching assistants. They are here to help establish you in a practice that works for you.

Those students who show particular dedication to the practice will then be given access to my groups for dedicated students as well as preferential access to my one on one appointments and to my retreats.

Open access groups

Whether you are new to my work or a long-term student, these groups are open to you to support you in your practice. As with all of my teaching, these groups are offered on a donation basis.

Access to these groups is granted by me and my team of teaching assistants. If you do not currently have access to these groups and think you should, please discuss that with us in person at your next one on one or group interview.  As with all of my teachings, these groups are offered on a donation basis.
