Residential retreats
A meditation retreat can be a great opportunity to deepen your meditation in an environment tailor made to support you. Residential retreats are usually held in silence and are free from the distractions of our daily lives. All retreats offer one on one instruction and flexible schedules so that you can practice in a way that fits your natural rhythm. If you are feeling unsure, or have any questions about whether or not a retreat is right for you, please feel free to contact me, and for regular updates on my upcoming retreats I welcome you to subscribe to my newsletter.
